Rather painful. There is no padding or adjustability. It's shows signs of delamination on the 1.5" support from when the dowel rod was put in the back of the peice. I like the feeling of the stretch but the pain of the hard wood makes me not want to use it. Honestly, it's a great idea but far from being worth $280. I wanted something for my neck and between my shoulder blades but its so uncomfortable. I guess I'll have to try adding a towel or something but for that much money comfort should be part of it.

United StatesMy wife and I have been using for 10 days now and have seen amazing results! My posture has been bad for a long period of time due to too much time working on a computer and behind the wheel driving. I have forward-head with a **** at the base of my neck and rounded shoulders. Over the years I have tried a number of things, but nothing would create lasting results. I have been using the pure posture board twice a day and my posture has improved significantly. It is so easy to use and I feel so good afterwards. My entire body feels more in alignment with my chest more open and my shoulder blades back and down. My forward head position is going away as well as the **** at the base of my neck. It works as advertised and truly is amazing! I would highly recommend it and it is worth every penny. This product is made of quality wood and will last a long time. If you have posture issues definitely something you should try.
