Refund policy

RETURNS
The purchase price will be fully refunded if the purchase is returned to us within 60 days of purchase. Return shipping fees not included. We charge a 15% restocking fee after 60 days of the returned item. No refunds after 90 days.

Your refund will be processed to same the payment method it was originally purchased.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. It may take longer for the funds to be available due to bank processing time.

Please note. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it. Damaged goods are ineligible for a refund and it is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with the freight carrier. It is a good idea to return the product in the original packaging to help protect against shipping damage.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error or manufacturing defect.
- Any item that is returned to our office more than 90 days after delivery.
- Digital downloads.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 business days. Be aware that bank processing times do vary.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned item, please contact us and your credit/debit card company. It may take longer for the refund to be officially posted to your account and that is the responsibility of your bank. We can be reached via email help@pureposture.net or by phone 203-569-0067.

Sale items (if applicable)
You will be refunded the amount originally charged at the time of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Digital downloads are excluded. To schedule an exchange please email us at help@pureposture.net and send your item to PurePosture, 601 Elm St Monroe Connecticut US 06468.

Gifts
If the item is a gift when and shipped to another address, it is the responsibility of the addressee to return the item to us (or an arrangement between the purchaser and the addressee) to return the item to us within the guidelines of our return policy. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be processed to the original purchase method.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any damage to the item during return shipping and do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item. Returned items and the condition of the returned items are the responsibility of the person returning the item.
